BMI Calculator:  This tool calculates your Body Mass Index, or
BMI.  This metric is used to estimate body composition.  Studies
have shown that the higher the BMI, the greater the risk of
negative health outcomes.  A desirable range for BMI is 20-25; a
BMI over 30 is considered obese, and over 40 is morbidly obese.
Karvonen Heart Rate Zone  Calculator:  This tool calculates
your cardio exercise heart rate zones Z1, Z2, and Z3, using the
Karvonen method.  This method is much more accurate than
using the "220-age = Max HR"  thumbrule, and you simply plug
in your age and resting heart rate (taken in the morning before
you get out of bed) in the yellow highlighted boxes to get your
training zones.  Use Z1 for base endurance exercise or
warmup/cooldown.  Use Z1 for more strenuous endurance
workouts, and use Z3 for high intensity intervals, usually from 3 -
5 min long with a rest interval of 2-3 minutes.  Click on this
