As an AFAA certified personal trainer,  Marty can help assess your
current fitness level and customize a program that will help you
achieve your personal fitness and lifestyle goals.   After conducting
an in-depth interview and reviewing a comprehensive fitness
assessment, we will plan a detailed workout schedule which will be
designed to safely and efficiently increase your fitness and body
composition.

Our philosopy  to improving one's fitness level centers on a holistic
approach, involving proper nutrition, rest, cardio, strength, core,
flexibility, and mental attitude.  Marty will show you how to track your
nutrition to achieve your body composition goals, and lead you
through workouts which are challenging yet enjoyable and effective.

A typical approach might involve a customized 12-week workout
plan, with detailed exercise explanations, heart rate zone training,
and even a state of the art on-line training schedule if desired.
